MTI Vet offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. Please refer to the rate chart below for information on determining shipping method and cost. The rates below include shipping, packaging, and insurance. Upon checkout, our system will calculate your order total and present the appropriate shipping options and rate. If you have any questions about the shipment of your order or would like to use a carrier other than UPS, please note this in the order comment section and we will contact you to review the issue.

The cost to ship items from each product category within the contiguous U.S. varies by item, shipment and shipping option. Restrictions may apply to heavy items shipped to Puerto Rico.
MTI Vet does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

Taxes
- No tax on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
- 6% tax for orders shipped within Pennsylvania, U.S.A.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy for 30-Day Free Trial: This policy applies to all MTI Vet low speed handpieces, motors and attachments purchased from the MTI Vet website. 30-day trials are available to U.S.A. customers only. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in order to ensure full credit, refund or replacement. Products must be shipped to MTI Vet Products. Please state the reason for return on the packing slip. MTI Vet will arrange for shipping and pay return shipping charges on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance under any other circumstances – preferably in the original shipping carton. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund or credit the value of the item within 15 business days. No refund will be issued if the product has been altered or abused. For your protection, the package should be insured for the full value of the goods.
